This Privacy Statement describes how Dwiss manages Personal Information and respect your privacy. This policy may be amended from time to time. We encourage visitors to and customers of our products to regularly review our Privacy Policy.
"Personal Information” is defined as any information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate the person to whom such information pertains. In this Policy we explain how we collect and maintain such information.
SECTION 1 - COLLECTION AND TYPE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED
As a visitor to our site, you can engage in certain activities without providing any Personal Information. But when you want to buy a product, receive our newsletters and/or promotional emails, make a request or pose a question, Dwiss may collect Personal Information from you as follows:
Purchase order:
• Name
• Shipping address
• IP address
• Billing information such as the number, expiration date, card type and billing address of your credit card;
• Customer email or phone number
• Company name
• Information from cookies (for example, which landing page the customer arrived from, how many times the customer has visited the site, device and browser used, and products stored in the cart)
• Information about the orders customers initiate so that Dwiss may fulfill those orders
For customer support, Dwiss also collects the following information:
• Phone number
• Email address
• Other personal information provided during the call
Dwiss may request additional documentation during the call to verify identity
Chat support that is linked to Messenger provided by Facebook:
• Name as in customer’s Facebook account
• Chat transcript
• Other personal information provided during the chat

Depending upon the activity (including purchase of products), some of the information that we ask you to provide is identified as mandatory and some as voluntary. If you do not provide the mandatory data for the purchase, you will not be able to engage in that activity.
You must be aware that when you use this site, Dwiss or third-party contracted by Dwiss may also collect certain information about your computer. For example, we may log browser type, operating system, CPU speed, and the Internet Protocol (IP) address of your computer. We use these logs to simplify and track your use of the site. Dwiss also uses such logs to measure traffic patterns on the site. To better understand the needs of our visitors we may occasionally match such information with your Personal Information.
In order to reduce errors in our database, authenticate our users, and prevent abuse, we may supplement the Personal Information you submit to us with information from third-party sources. We may supplement the information that we collect directly from you with information stored in third-party databases, such as demographic information or company information in order to make it more likely that any marketing communications we send will be of interest to you. When you download and use our mobile apps, we automatically collect information on the type of device you use and operating system version. We do not ask for or track location-based information from your mobile device when you download or use the apps.
SECTION 2 - ACCESSING, UPDATING, CORRECTING AND DELETING PERSONAL INFORMATION
Upon request, Dwiss will provide you with information about whether we ask or process on behalf of a third-party any of your Personal Information. To request this information please contact us at info@dwiss.com.
You have the right to access, update, correct and delete your Personal Information at any time by sending an email to info@dwiss.com accompanied with legal documents confirming your identity.
SECTION 3 - HOW YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IS USED
Dwiss collects your information with the purposes of processing the purchase orders of products, send information about our products, comply with legal obligations, and to improve our products and the performance of our site. Dwiss does not sell or share your Personal Information to or with third parties in any way other than as disclosed in this Privacy Policy. Dwiss may use this information to:
• Process your purchase orders and send products to you
• Respond to customer service requests and concerns
• Administer your account
• Send you requested product information
• Keep you informed about special offers
• Meet our research and product development needs and to improve our site and offerings and

In certain situations, Dwiss may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities.
SECTION 4 - INFORMATION SHARING WITH SERVICE PROVIDERS
Dwiss uses one or more outside credit card processing companies to bill you for our products. Dwiss also shares Personal Information with certain companies that perform services on our behalf. We only share the Personal Information which is necessary for them to perform those services. We require any company with which we may share Personal Information to protect that data in a manner consistent with this policy and to limit the use of such Personal Information to the performance of services for Dwiss. The list of these third-party processors was informed above in Section 1.
We do not sell or otherwise provide Personal Information to other companies for the marketing of their own products or services.
SECTION 5 - DATA RETENTION
Dwiss will retain your information for as long as your account is active, your information is needed to deliver the products purchased, or as required to fulfill legal obligations. If you wish to delete your account or request that we no longer use your information contact us at info@dwiss.com. We will respond to your request in one month.
SECTION 6 – OPT-OUT
You may opt-out of receiving Dwiss's emails and newsletters by clicking on the button “Unsubscribe Here” at the bottom of the email received. You also have the right to deactivate your account in Dwiss’s site at any time by clicking on the “Delete” button at “My Account”.
SECTION 7 - PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
The Personal Information that you provide in connection with the use of the site is protected in the following ways:
• Access by you to your account profile is available through a password and unique customer ID created by you
• Your Personal Information resides on secure servers that only selected Dwiss personnel and contractors have access to via password
• When you enter your credit card number or payment-related information on the purchase order forms, this information is encrypted by the third-party payment processors
We endeavor to protect the Personal Information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. Nonetheless, in view of the current state of technology, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
SECTION 8 - COOKIES
The site may automatically collect information as you browse, such as Internet Service Provider, browser type and version, operating system and device type, average time spent on our site, pages viewed, information accessed, the IP address used to connect your computer to the Internet and other relevant statistics. Such information is sometimes referred to as web analytics and/or clickstream data. We may combine this automatically collected log information with other information we collect about you. We do this to improve product we offer you, to improve marketing, analytics, and provide site functionality.
Technologies such as cookies, tags and scripts are used by Dwiss and some of its thirty-party processors. These technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movements and to gather information about our user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by those processors.

They are designed to hold a modest amount of data specific to a particular client and website, and can be accessed either by the web server or the client computer. Our web browsers alert you to the use of cookies. We partner with third-party to either display advertising on our site or to manage our advertising on other sites. Our third-party partners may use technologies such as cookies to gather information about your activities on this site and other sites in order to provide you advertising based upon your browsing activities and interests. If you wish to not have this information used for the purpose of serving you interest-based ads, you can set your browser to reject cookies or to notify you when a website tries to put a cookie on your computer.
SECTION 9 - CHANGES IN PRIVACY POLICY
Dwiss reserves the right to amend the Privacy Policy from time to time at its sole discretion and may provide notice on the site when material changes to this Privacy Policy are made.
If as the result of such changes, you want to alter the ways in which Dwiss is allowed to use your Personal Information, you can do so by following the procedure described in the SECTION 2.
You will be considered to have been made aware of, and will be subject to, any material changes to the Privacy Policy after such notice has been posted.
SECTION 10 - LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY SITES
Our site includes links to other web sites whose privacy practices may differ from those of Dwiss. If you submit personal information to any of those sites, your information is governed by their privacy policies. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy policy of any web site you visit.
SECTION 11 - SOCIAL MEDIA WIDGETS
Our site may include social media features, such as the Facebook like button and widgets, such as the share this button or interactive mini-programs that run on our site. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features and widgets are hosted by a third-party processor. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.
SECTION 12 - SINGLE SIGN-ON
You may be able to log in to our mobile apps using sign-in services such as Facebook Connect and Twitter. These services will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain personal information with us such as your name and email address.
SECTION 13 - CHILD’S CONSENT
We do not intend to solicit or collect Personal Information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are under 18, do not enter information on this site or engage our services. If you believe a child of yours under the age of 18 has entered Personal Information please contact info@dwiss.com to have the data removed and cancel the child's account.
